What It Does
Tempus Nova proudly introduces novaResourceSync™, a unique tool that enables companies to synchronize rooms and resources between Lotus Notes and Google. The tool is comprised of a single Sync agent, control documents for rooms & resources, and one profile document.

novaResourceSync™ enables and organization to seamlessly schedule Rooms and Resources in either Lotus Notes or Google Apps.

novaResourceSync™ maintains reservations in both systems to ensure seamless management of conference rooms as well as resources.

How It Works
novaResourceSync™ synchronizes Conference Rooms and Resource reservation information between Google Apps and Lotus Notes. This unique tool provides the interoperability you need between Lotus Notes and Google Apps. The tool is comprised of a single Sync agent, control documents for rooms & resources, and one profile document. novaResourceSync™ enables and organization to seamlessly schedule Rooms and Resources in either Lotus Notes or Google Apps.

Typical Installation & Configuration
If novaResourceSync™ will reside in a different domain than your email servers, you must first create an Adjacent Domain Document (Admin Configuration/Messaging/Domains). Create the document on the server where novaResourceSync™ resides, then add the Domain that contains the mail servers you are trying to reach.

Note: novaResourceSync™ operates in all server environments but must **reside** on a Windows 2003 SP2+ Server.
